Off to the woods we go!
Dear Parents,
On Wednesday 3rd July Reception class will be visiting Tehidy Woods for an exciting day of den building, fire lighting and forest exploration!
The children will need to come to school with…
- old clothes (already on) that are suitable for roaming the forest
- wellies or strong supportive shoes
- a rain coat and waterproof trousers (only if you already have the latter)
- a packed lunch and drink
- wet wipes
Please make sure that everything is clearly labelled!
To help the school cover the costs of this visit we need to ask you for a voluntary contribution of £10. Please drop the money into the office before next Wednesday.
As always we really need your help to ensure that we meet the legislative ratios, not to mention the delight that the children will gain from sharing this lovely learning experience with them. Please let me know if you will be available to offer your support.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
